As a company (“ Company ”) , it has been prepared in order to fulfill our disclosure obligation to you, our valued customers, within the scope of the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“ KVKK ”). This Disclosure Text explains the procedure that our company must comply with during the processing of your personal data and your rights and freedoms.

The purpose of this Customer Information Text (“ Information Text ”) is to provide information regarding the processing of personal data obtained from our customers who shop without becoming a member through www.nebillabedding.com (“ Site ”). (v) in case of a request, your data may be transferred to the courts within the scope of our legal obligations and to public institutions and organizations if requested within the framework of lawful requests and decisions, (vi) in case of a dispute, your personal data may be transferred to our lawyers in order to exercise our right of defense, (vii) to the relevant official institutions in order to fulfill our legal obligations.

5. Your Rights Under KVKK

According to Article 11 of the KVKK,

Learning whether personal data is being processed,
To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the action taken to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is to the detriment of the person himself/herself, as a result of the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You have the rights.

You can prepare your requests regarding your rights in accordance with this article and submit them to the Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, and submit them to our Company address at Bozcaali Mah.
