Return and Refund Policy
Billur Mobilya Day. Tük. Mal. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (" SELLER "), prioritizes customer satisfaction for products purchased through the www.nebillabedding.com website and organizes the return and refund processes in accordance with the following conditions. BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal and carry out the return transactions in accordance with this policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. After receiving the product, the BUYER may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days without assuming any legal or criminal liability, without giving any justification and without paying any penalty, in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1.2. The withdrawal period starts from the day the BUYER or the third party determined by the BUYER receives the product. However, the BUYER may also exercise the right of withdrawal from the establishment of the contract until the delivery of the goods.
2. Application Principles of the Right of Withdrawal
In determining the period of the right of withdrawal as required by legislation;
a) For goods that are subject to a single order and delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last good,
b) For goods consisting of more than one piece, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,
c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the consumer or a third party determined by the consumer receives the first good shall be taken into account.
3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
3.1. SELLER;
a) In case the BUYER exercises his right of withdrawal before the delivery of the product or the performance of the service, from the date on which the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal reaches him,
b) If the BUYER exercises his right of withdrawal after the delivery of the product, if the product price has not been transferred to the SELLER as of the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the SELLER, from the date the product subject to the right of withdrawal is delivered to the Cargo Company for return,
c) If the BUYER exercises its right to terminate the contract due to failure to deliver the order within the legal period, the BUYER shall refund the collected price and, if any, delivery costs to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the termination notice.
4. Notification of the Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If the BUYER wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must submit this request in writing within 14 (fourteen) days. contact@nebillabedding.com to the address or Return Form must be notified by filling in the form. The e-mail containing the notification must include the order number subject to the right of withdrawal, product information and the BUYER's telephone number. The BUYER can also call 0542 574 28 00 or follow the instructions provided via the specified e-mail address.
5. Return Process Within the Scope of the Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The BUYER must send the product back to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days from exercising the right of withdrawal. The product must be sent with the SELLER's contracted cargo company.
5.2. The box, packaging, standard accessories (if any) and all other elements provided with the product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be returned complete and undamaged.
5.3. The BUYER must also return the original invoice presented to him when receiving the product to the SELLER in full during the return. The return section specified on the invoice must be filled in completely and signed.
6. Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
BUYER cannot exercise his/her right of withdrawal in the following cases:
a) Goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets,
b) Goods that are prepared or modified according to the personal needs of the consumer,
c) Goods that are perishable or expired,
d) Goods whose packaging has been opened and which are not suitable for return in terms of health/hygiene,
e) Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
f) Unpackaged digital content, books and computer consumables,
g) Newspapers and magazines provided within the scope of the subscription agreement,
h) Accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, entertainment services on a specific date,
i) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly,
j) Services that begin to be performed with the BUYER's approval.
7. Things to Consider During the Return Process
When returning a product, it is the BUYER's responsibility to establish the necessary communication with the cargo company to ensure that the product is not damaged and reaches the SELLER without any problems.
The BUYER is responsible for checking the product for damage or defects when receiving it. If there is damage or defect in the product, a report must be drawn up with the cargo officer. Otherwise, the SELLER may not accept return requests.
When returning a product within the right of withdrawal period, return requests must be submitted to the SELLER in a timely manner.
8. Refund
Refund Period: After the returned product reaches the SELLER and its compliance with the return conditions is checked, the SELLER will refund the amount subject to the right of withdrawal to the BUYER within 14 (fourteen) days.
Refund Method: The refund will be made with the payment method used by the BUYER when purchasing the product. In payments made by credit card, the reflection of the refund transaction in the BUYER's account may vary depending on the transaction process of the relevant bank. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays in the bank's refund process.
9. Return Process
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal: When the BUYER wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must notify this request in writing within 14 days to iletisim@nebillabedding.com. After the return request is notified, the product must be sent back via the SELLER's contracted cargo company.
Return Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for returned products will be covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
Products to be Returned: The returned product must be returned to the SELLER in its entirety, together with the invoice presented to the BUYER at the time of delivery. The information in the return section of the invoice must be filled out and signed completely and accurately.
