This policy explains the conditions, periods and responsibilities of the parties regarding the delivery of the products ordered by the BUYER.
1. Delivery Time
Delivery Time of the Products: The ordered product is delivered to the cargo company by the SELLER to the BUYER within 30 business days from the date of order, not to exceed 30 (thirty) days. This period may be longer for products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's request or personal needs.
Delivery Method: The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order by the cargo company contracted by the SELLER. If the BUYER requests that the product be delivered to another person or organization instead of the BUYER, the responsibility belongs to the BUYER if these persons do not accept the product or are not at the address.
2. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Address: The product will be sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order. If the delivery address provided by the BUYER during the order is incorrect or incomplete, the SELLER is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery.
If the BUYER is not present at the specified address at the time of delivery, a note may be left by the cargo company. In this case, the BUYER is responsible for picking up the product from the branch designated by the cargo company. If the delivery cannot be made to the BUYER, the additional cargo costs that will occur will be covered by the BUYER.
3. Delivery Process and Cargo Company
Cargo Delivery Time: SELLER will deliver the ordered product to the cargo company within 30 business days at the latest. However, the delivery time of the product by the cargo company may vary depending on the region where the BUYER is located. If the BUYER has chosen a region where the cargo company cannot deliver to the delivery address, he/she must pick up the product from the nearest cargo branch.
Delivery Tracking: After your order is shipped, you can track your cargo with the cargo tracking number sent to you. Cargo tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS regarding your order.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for your order is covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated. However, the SELLER may cover the shipping fee within the scope of certain campaigns or promotions. In this case, the relevant shipping costs will be the responsibility of the SELLER.
Additional Costs: Additional shipping costs arising from situations such as BUYER receiving the product late, returning the undelivered product to SELLER, or providing incorrect address information are paid by the BUYER.
5. Things to Consider When Receiving the Product
Damage Control: The BUYER is responsible for checking the cargo package when receiving the product. If there is any damage, crushing, breakage or tear in the packaging, the product should not be accepted and a report should be kept with the cargo officer. If any damage is detected after the product is received, the cargo company and the SELLER should be informed immediately.
Delivery of Defective Products: If the BUYER thinks that there is an unnoticed defect in the product he/she received, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the SELLER of the situation by calling 0542 574 28 00 or sending an e-mail to iletisim@nebillabedding.com as of the date of receiving the product .
6. Post-Delivery Responsibilities
Protection of the Product: The BUYER is obliged to protect the product carefully after receiving it. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used and must be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice and other documents.
Failure to Deliver: If the ordered product is not delivered within the time promised by the SELLER, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order. In this case, the payments for the order will be returned to the BUYER.
7. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays
Force Majeure : If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure reasons such as strike, war, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, etc.), fire, epidemics, cyber attacks or technical failures, SELLER will inform BUYER and the order will be canceled and a refund will be made. SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances beyond its control.
8. Cargo Tracking and Support
