1. Your Personal Data Processed
For the purposes of this Disclosure Text, Personal Data refers to any information related to an identifiable natural person. Personal Data does not include anonymous or de-identified data that is not associated with a specific natural person. · Transaction Security Data: If you submit your job application via the Company's website, traffic information may be processed in order to ensure the security of internet use in accordance with the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications.
· Personal Data of a Special Nature: Data related to race, ethnicity, political views, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership in associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data are personal data of a special nature. If you share your data in this category in your CV, your CV will be included in the job application process and processed for this purpose. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to share your personal data of a special nature in your CV unless specifically requested.
2. How We Collect Your Personal Data
We collect your personal data automatically, in writing or electronically, through the career application page on the Company's website, in accordance with the purpose and legal reasons specified in Article 3 of the Information Text, within the framework of the recruitment processes of the Company, in accordance with Article 5 and Article 6 of the KVKK.
3. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data
Pursuant to the KVKK, the Company is referred to as the “Data Controller” and your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the purposes set out below (“ Purposes ”) and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 and Article 6 of the KVKK.
Based on the legal reason that it is clearly prescribed by law and is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations;

The Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In case of additional costs incurred in completing the requests, fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.
